Where Has The Time Gone

Well June 1st is tomorrow and still have not fished....well there is always BEER... locally brewed... I amtaking Friday off to be with Genesis . I need to finish cleaning my garage so I can set up my shop to build some furniture...have a great weekend all..

New BBQ Professional Charcoal Grill

Man I struggled with gas or briquettes...well the food channel had a show about charcoal and the Bridgeford brand made in Oregon is made of alder. Alder is a great wood for cooking with so I gave up gas.I have a customer that runs hickory mouldings and saves the thick chips for grilling...it is the best . I am looking toward a great grilling season...
