The rock in the bottom right is where I am working up to hike to , the picture on left shows that the trail that winds to the left and then around and up. Horseshoe lake was like a mirror with some Canadian Honkers down for the winter. The park starts downtown then 17 miles up this canyon. The canyon is between lava flows....it was a great day for a walk...

Merry Christmas to All ....I did my last Reno trip of the year , here is a picture just after snow storm on the Feather River. I like to fish the feather river canyon mostly rainbows and some browns.I did not fish at all this year, busy with Jenny's cancer, thank God she beat it, and our remodel. I am thankful for our health and good friends...I am looking forward to next year and hitting the stream..
