above is the burger in Dallas.....everything is BIG in texas....I still had a great time....the Barbecue is the best...

Louisville Kentucky Gods Country

Churchill Downs is where the Kentucky derby is run. The first race was 1875...not very much is older in California ...........
The skyline is breathtaking.... and the Ohio river makes our rivers look like creek. The louisville slugger factory is a must see...I cannot wait to go back.....this time not on business...I think spring is somewhere....just not here. the streams are high and dirty.I hope all is well.....

Mount Lassen

looking forward to the summer hex hatch...the trout go on a feeding frenzy , that is when you get the big ones. in a float tube they can drag you around the lake. Another major storm coming thru..I thought we should be moving into spring.....oh well

Devils post Pile National Monument

The first picture is of a falls in the park , Devils lake , and the Devils Post pile. I hope to visit this summer as well as catch dinner. We are now having January weather in march....I cannot wait to dip a line. Hope all is well...

Lassen Park Stream

This is a stream in Lassen park. This is from one side of valley , middle , and starting down a caanyon. Jenny and I plan to fish and enjoy this park this summer. It is an hour an 15 min from us. I guess the biggest storm this winter is going to hit tomorrow. The temps have dropped...it would be great to get snow on the valley floor. Have a great Sunday....

Deer Creek my Piece Of Heaven

When out walking a stream , you forget everything , all the pressures of the world. I have been posting pics of places I have been and will post of places I want to go to. After all Jen and I have been through we plan to enjoy living. we have been blessed with such beauty all around us , never taking the time to enjoy...I can smell the pines now.....Trout season opens last saturday in april....cannot wait....
